Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is handled when you use hazemdweik.com (the “Site”) and its contact, booking, newsletter, and networking forms. It is written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Czech data-protection law.

1. Who is responsible (Data Controller)

Hazem Dweik, an individual based in the Czech Republic, is the data controller. For any privacy request or question, contact: hazem.dweik@elevateoco.com.

2. What data I collect

I only collect what you choose to send me through a form:

• Contact / Book a call: first & last name, email, company website, your message, and (for bookings) a budget range.
• Newsletter & sign-ups (shop, wisdom pages, networking card): name and email.
• Technical data: a label noting which form you used and the time of submission. Standard server logs (e.g. IP address) may be processed by my hosting provider for security.

I do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and I do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

3. Why I use it and the legal basis

• To reply to you and provide what you asked for — legal basis: steps taken at your request / legitimate interest.
• To send you updates you signed up for — legal basis: your consent (you can withdraw any time).
• To keep the Site secure — legal basis: legitimate interest.

4. Where your data is stored (Processors)

I share data only with service providers that help run the Site:

• Supabase — stores form submissions in a database hosted in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany).
• Vercel — hosts the Site; may process technical data on infrastructure outside the EU under appropriate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

I never sell your data or share it for advertising.

5. How long I keep it

I keep submissions only as long as needed for the purpose you contacted me about, or until you ask me to delete them. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask me to:

• access a copy of your data;
• correct or update it;
• delete it (“right to be forgotten”);
• restrict or object to its processing;
• receive it in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise any right, email hazem.dweik@elevateoco.com. You also have the right to complain to the Czech supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz).

7. Cookies

The public Site uses no tracking cookies. A single functional cookie is used only for the private admin login. See the Cookie Notice for details.

8. Changes

I may update this policy as the Site evolves. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
